Ik zag meteen de overeenkomst van dit werkblad met schilderijen van Miro, waarmee ik voor het eerst in aanraking kwam door de hoes van de LP “Time Further Out – Miro Reflections” van het Dave Brubeck Quartet uit 1963. Op de Fontana hoes geeft Brubeck daar in een apart blokje uitleg over; “Cover painting by Joan Miró (b.1893), one of the great artists of the generation of Picasso and Matisse, who continues to create his vibrant, uninhibited paintings at his home on the island of Mallorca. His work is well presented in leading art galleries throughout the world.”
Time Further Out, zestig jaar later.
